These terms constitute a formal agreement “agreement” between Automated Cloud for Communications and Information Technology “Pulse info Tech” and service users. These terms of use govern the use of the Pulse info Tech service, which is an electronic accounting system that provides customers and users with the registration and storage of their credentials and their use in the form of invoices or reports.
Any use by you of the services provided by the Accounting Restrictions System constitutes your acceptance of this agreement and its provisions and, therefore, you must not use the system if you do not agree with the terms contained in this agreement.
Pulse info Tech reserves the right to amend or change these terms without notice and it is your responsibility as a user of the system to periodically review the controls and terms of use for updates to these terms and we look forward to reviewing our privacy policy to learn more about how Pulse info Tech uses information provided to us by users of the system.
Eligibility to receive services
You represent and warrant the following:
1- Your use of Pulse info Tech services has never been suspended or prohibited from using them at any time.
2- You are not a competitor of Pulse info Tech and do not offer any competing product for the services provided by Pulse info Tech.
3- You have all the rights and authority to enter into contracts and you will not violate any laws or contracts.
Representations and warranties
You represent and warrant that you:
1- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2- Provide correct and accurate information to Pulse info Tech and update it periodically.
3- You must review and comply with any notice sent via Pulse info Tech or mentioned on the Pulse info Tech Platforms regarding your use of the services provided by the Pulse info Tech System.
4- You will not duplicate, sublicense, publish, transfer, distribute, perform, offer, sell or reclassify the Pulse info Tech Services, otherwise you will transfer the Service or use it for any commercial purpose, except as permitted by this Agreement.
5- You will only use the Service for lawful purposes and will not use the Services to send or store illegal material or for fraudulent purposes.
6- You will not use the service to harm, inconvenience or inconvenience anyone.
7- It will not interfere with the correct functioning of the restriction system.
8- You will not attempt to harm the Service in any way.
9- You will not copy or distribute the system or other content without the written permission of Pulse info Tech.
Scope of license
Pulse info Tech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-transferable, non-sub licensable and irrevocable license to access and use our Services solely for the personal purposes specified in this Agreement, therefore, you must:
1- Not provide the Services or rent, lease, assign, resell, distribute or sublicense these Services to third parties.
2- Do not modify, shorten, translate, summarize or create parallel work based on decompilation, reverse engineering to develop a system of restrictions or other identification, identification attempt or attempt to access the source code, internal construction. Services or any text media (images, audio, video files), data or other information provided by Qewed or third party service providers.
3- Do not remove, alter or modify any copyright notices or other legal notices contained in the Services.
4- Unintentional transfer or distribution of the Services or permission to download the Services for a use other than specified herein. You do not intend to provide or allow access to the Services to anyone other than yourself.
5- Do not allow username/password sharing or other reasons to access Pulse info Tech services.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These User Terms will govern and apply to the resolution of any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these User Terms or any breach, termination, performance, interpretation, validity or use of the Site or Service, and shall be construed in accordance with with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
